The Results Program (RP) provides an opportunity to learn about leadership and how to be more effective with the day to day challenges of business and personal life. RP is a six-week course established to provide a structured, supportive forum for students to incorporate all their new learning into their lives. Participants receive supervised instruction in the accomplishment of personal goals, building a community, and developing the ability to convert everyday difficulties or breakdowns into new opportunities. RP teaches people to become more effective in working with others in a spirit of teamwork, mutual support and community. RP is a mechanism for people to learn how to learn for the rest of their lives.
