This series of courses has been designed to provide the greatest opportunity for effective learning. Together, the three core courses provide students with basic life skills in well being, relationship, communication and leadership. Our courses are based on the emerging field of Ontological Design—that is designing your “way-of-being”. All of our courses are experiential; the difference between “hands-on” learning versus lecture style. Participants engage in oral and written exercises, as well as role-playing activities. When we engage in this experiential manner, the learning is lasting rather than the transient lift one gets from motivational or “tip-and-technique” seminars. Our course work is designed to produce learning in a way that expands each individual’s capacity for action and ultimately creates a mood of peace and ambition.

We recognize that learning any skill, be it baseball or parenting, takes time, practice and a coach. Our core workshop provides all of these, with each course building on the foundation of previous coursework, experience and training. Graduates from our Core Workshop tell us that year after year they continue to use the skills learned in the courses to build trust, peace and ambition in their lives.
